Interviews

Selected candidates will participate in one case‑based interview to assess problem‑solving skills, teamwork and fit. We'll provide preparation resources.

Decisions & Onboarding

Week of Feb 27 or March 1, 2026

Final decisions will be communicated and onboarding will occur during the week of February 27 or March 1, prior to Spring Break. We'll hit the ground running once classes resume.

No! We welcome students from all backgrounds and majors. What matters most is your passion for social impact, willingness to learn, and commitment to the organization.

Members typically commit 6–8 hours per week during active project periods, including team meetings, client meetings, and project work. We understand academic commitments and work to accommodate your schedule.

All majors are welcome! Our diverse team includes students from business, engineering, social sciences, humanities, and more. Different perspectives make our projects stronger.

Yes! We accept applications from students of all class years. Freshmen bring fresh perspectives and have more time to grow with the organization.

We'll provide case interview prep resources to all candidates who advance to the case round. Focus on practicing structured problem-solving and clear communication. We're looking for your thought process, not perfect answers.

The information session is optional and attending does not affect your application. However, we highly recommend it as a great way to learn more and meet the team.
